ROYAL VISIT

YOUNG CARERS

Support Groups

Do you currently attend a Carers Support Group? If not, you might find a real benefit from meeting with others who understand the ups and downs of being a Carer. plus you get the chance to enjoy a programme of speakers, activities and outings.

If you find the thought of going to a meeting on your own a bit too challenging, the Carers Support Worker who looks after the area where you live can accompany you for that first visit. Once there, you will find plenty of friendly faces and a warm welcome.

We run two Carers Support Groups:

Soothing Ways
Soothing Ways is a fun support group designed for Carers. The sessions are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 1pm - 2:30pm, at the Charing Cross Centre, 17-19 St. John Maddermarket, Norwich NR2 1DN.
